Hi, just wanted to say you have a very lovely blog and it makes me very proud to be working for such an amazing company that is recognised worldwide.
I noticed loads of ppl ask for recommendations from you which is great, but I just want to reiterate to others that it’s ok just to go to the shop and browse. We don’t bite and our policy is never to hard sell but to HELP. We are trained really hard so we can give the best service and help for people :)
A little taster to come, over in the uk we’re revamping the gifts and you guys in the US (that’s where I assume you’re from) will get these in a month :)

Thanks so much for your input! I’m really happy to be a fan of Lush and all their products, but I am in no way an expert on all the products, so I would suggest that everyone ask their sales associate for help, even if you’re just browsing!

I just want everyone to know that I give my honest opinions based on what I like and what I want out of a product. I give plenty of suggestions to anyone who asks and I review things so that people can see the items out there, but again, this is what I personally feel about them and they should be taken lightly. I also run this tumblr as a database of pictures of personal Lush favorites and not as a source of information about Lush itself.

Sales associates and the Lush company are the most endearing and fun people to ever talk to, whether it’s about the product or what you do in your spare of time. I would personally love to work for them, and I bet a lot of you would like to as well. They never force me get a product but offer plenty of suggestions based on what I am interested in buying. They also are very helpful in showing me products that can help my skin, products similar to others that may be more effective, and giving me great advice on how to use these items. DO NOT BE AFRAID TO ASK THEM QUESTIONS!

I guess I just want to reiterate that I am a fan and run a fansite about Lush. I am not expert, and I just want everyone to see that. I’ve been told plenty of times that I am not qualified to talk about these things, which I will partially agree with, but I guess as a customer, I have the ability to tell you what I like and what I do not like. Plus, there hasn’t really been a product from Lush that I have thoroughly hated or disliked. There are certain products for everyone, and I am mostly a bath/shower person.

I hope I explained myself enough that I don’t get crap for this, but I most likely will… Either way, I support anything Lush does, as can be shown by the amount of products I purchase and the time I spend within the store. Anyone, thanks for reading and the suggestion! Haha.

P.S. - There are PLENTY of lush tumblrs out there that are owned by ACTUAL/PAST EMPLOYEES. A few examples are: jennilush, coggels, and even lushlimited!
